How much does a VidStar video cost?

Credit packs start at $6.99 for 100 credits, and bigger packs cost less per credit (down to about $5.00 per 100 credits with Crew). How many credits a video uses depends on its length, quality and the trend; see the tables above.
How many credits does a video cost?

It depends only on the video’s length and quality, the same for every trend. A 15-second 720p video costs 100 credits. Every trend’s cost is listed on the Pricing page, and the exact amount is shown on the Generate button before you start.
Can the cost of a trend change?

We may update a trend’s length, quality or AI model. If its credit cost changes, the new cost is shown on the Pricing page and the Generate button before you spend anything.
Is there a free trial?

No. Every video costs us real money to generate, so there is no free tier. The smallest pack is $6.99 for 100 credits. A 15-second 720p video costs 100 credits.
Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. There is no subscription to cancel.
Can I get a refund?

Purchases are final, like most AI video tools, because credits can be used right away. Credits from videos that fail are returned automatically, and if you were charged by mistake (twice, or with no credits added), email support@vidstar.app with the order ID and we will fix it.
How do I pay, and who handles the payment?

Checkout is run by Waffo, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change a video’s quality later?

No — quality is chosen before you generate. To get a sharper version, generate the video again at a higher quality.
